• The Forge Financial Philosophy: Biblical counseling is first and foremost a ministry of the Word and the local church. I desire to make Scripture-based counseling accessible to anyone who truly needs it, regardless of financial situation. At the same time, “the laborer is worthy of his wages” (Luke 10:7; 1 Timothy 5:18), so those who can pay are asked to do so to support the ongoing work of this ministry and help those who cannot.

• Suggested Session Fee: The regular fee for a 90-minute counseling session is $90. If it is determined that more than 5 sessions are needed, there will be a discounted rate.

  • Couples/family sessions: Usually $10–$30 more than individual (e.g., $100–$120). Pricing will be determined by the needs of the couple. A discounted rate is offered for multiple sessions.

• "Pay as the Lord Provides" Option: If you are in genuine financial need, you are welcome to pay as the Lord provides. There is no fixed minimum amount required. Some individuals or families in difficult seasons give $25, $50, or whatever they are able to contribute each session. You will never be turned away because of an inability to pay. All you need to do is send me and email and we can talk further.

• Suggested Donation for Those Who Are Able: If you are able to pay the full standard rate, I encourage you to do so. Some clients who want to bless the ministry even further choose to give a little above the standard rate. These extra gifts help subsidize counseling for those who cannot afford the full fee.
