The Men’s Muster is the gathering point.

Flowing directly out of The Forge, our men’s biblical counseling ministry, the Muster is where men who are being sharpened step into formation. At The Forge, men are refined, sin is confronted, wounds are addressed, and truth is applied. But the Christian life doesn’t stop at healing. It moves toward readiness and action.

That’s where the Muster comes in.

In military terms, a muster is when soldiers assemble, are accounted for, and are prepared for a mission. It is intentional, structured, and focused. No one drifts into readiness…men are called up, trained, and sent out.

The Men’s Muster exists to equip men to be:

Delivered: because men cannot fight effectively while still enslaved. Building on the work of The Forge, we continue pressing into repentance, holiness, and freedom through the power of God’s Word. Strongholds are not managed; they are broken.

Discipled: because no man matures in isolation. Here, men are trained in sound doctrine, disciplined in obedience, and strengthened through brotherhood. This is where conviction deepens, consistency forms, and spiritual leadership is cultivated.

Deployed: because every man has a mission. The goal is not inward focus, but outward faithfulness. Men are sent back into their homes, churches, and workplaces as leaders, protectors, and servants—living on mission for Christ.

This is not a place for spectators or half-commitment. It is a call to step into formation, to be counted, and to live with clarity of purpose under the authority of Christ.

The Men’s Muster is where men gather to be strengthened by truth, united in brotherhood, and deployed for the glory of Christ. This mission is accomplished through an online Bible study and discipleship community. It is offered at various points throughout the year. The next session begins this September for a 12-week deployment into the foundations of Biblical manhood.
